While primarily conducted in a virtual environment, our therapists will interact with clients from the comfort of their homes and participate in team meetings via teleconferencing. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs through interviews, standardized assessments, and behavioral observations.

As a Mental Health Therapist at Azalea Counseling Services, you will primarily work with clients in hospice care. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Proven ability to establish rapport and effective therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience within hospice or palliative care settings is highly beneficial. Familiarity with trauma-informed care, grief counseling, and relaxation techniques will be advantageous. Experience in telehealth or remote therapeutic interventions is also preferred, as you will be working entirely in a virtual environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
