Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at our clinic, your duties will include:

• Conducting thorough and detailed psychosocial assessments to gather essential information regarding clients' mental health concerns, coping mechanisms, strengths, and available resources.

• Providing therapeutic interventions, which may include individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and a multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans aimed at fostering resilience and coping skills.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups designed to promote mutual understanding and healing among clients.

• Conducting crisis interventions, risk assessments, and safety planning, utilizing evidence-based best practices to ensure client safety and trust.

• Maintaining accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and agency standards, using our practice management software.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program, demonstrating a strong foundation in clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
