Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly interact with clients both in virtual sessions and in community settings, providing assessments, therapy, and coping strategies for those with major mental illnesses.

• Create and implement personalized integrated care plans that ensure clients receive appropriate services linked to their needs.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and make recommendations for more in-depth assessments when necessary.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, sharing knowledge and resources to enhance client care.

• Document all client interactions and maintain timely completion of reports to fulfill organizational and regulatory standards.

• Assist in crisis interventions when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

• Provide support for the on-call system during assigned program hours, ensuring that client needs are met even outside of typical working hours.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
