Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and complex emotional disorders, through both individual and group therapy.

• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team, participating in regular meetings to enhance treatment effectiveness and ensure continuity of care.

• Conduct crisis interventions, employing effective de-escalation techniques to manage emergency situations.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

• Engage with clients’ family members and support systems to foster a holistic approach towards recovery.

• Take responsibility for caseload management, ensuring timely follow-ups and monitoring client progress throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
