Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine their developmental needs.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring all intervention strategies align with family priorities and the child’s unique circumstances.

• Monitor developmental outcomes and progress, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to drive results and adapt interventions as necessary.

• Utilize coaching models and Natural Learning Environment Practices to maximize learning opportunities for children.

• Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations related to child welfare and early intervention services.

• Provide families with practical tools, resources, and education aimed at enhancing their child's skills in physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication areas.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily services children aged 0-3 years with developmental delays or disabilities. As an LCSW, you will work directly with these children and their families, providing essential evaluations, support, and strategies designed to enhance their developmental skills. Qualifications\n
