Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children and families.
\n
• Play an active role in developing and implementing Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring strategies to meet unique family needs.
\n
• Regularly monitor and evaluate developmental progress while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
\n
• Provide high-quality Early Intervention (EI) support to families, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations.
\n
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members, fostering a supportive and nurturing environment.
\n
• Educate families on developmental milestones, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed for their children’s growth.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based strategies and Natural Learning Environment Practices to develop effective learning experiences.
\n
• Adhere to best practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with infants and toddlers who experience disabilities or developmental delays. This critical work helps them develop foundational skills in areas such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication, which are crucial during their early developmental years.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work is required.
\n
• Current licensure through the State Department of Public Health.
\n
• Active LCSW certification is mandatory.
\n
• A valid driver’s license for travel to family homes, as needed.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to diverse learning styles, ensuring that each child’s specific needs are addressed effectively.

• Strong commitment to implementing Natural Learning Environment Practices.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year of experience working with children in an early intervention setting is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in bilingual communication is considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n
