Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Gentle Arms Counseling Solutions, you will:

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to each child’s unique development goals.

• Monitor and assess outcomes for children and families, adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure optimal support and progress.

• Provide evidence-based strategies and actionable recommendations to families, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to support their child's development.

• Engage with families to build trust and rapport, creating a positive and nurturing environment conducive to learning and growth.

• Utilize a coaching model alongside natural environment teaching methodologies to foster children's development in their everyday environments.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations, maintaining the highest standards of care and safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. Qualifications\n
