Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health histories, concerns, and resources for effective treatment planning.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy—to facilitate healing.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans, collaboratively setting measurable goals and specific interventions tailored to each client's needs.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and adjust treatment plans based on client needs and feedback.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans in high-stress situations.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and shared learning among clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, supplemented by a sign-on bonus and performance incentives.
