Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical interventions for clients experiencing severe emotional disorders and symptoms of major mental illnesses, both in-person (when necessary) and remotely.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop integrated care plans, and provide brief, evidence-based treatment and recovery services tailored to each client.

• Maintain a detailed caseload, ensuring timely documentation and submission of reports to monitor treatment progress and adherence to discharge criteria.

• Participate actively within multidisciplinary teams to advance collaborative healthcare goals, including the ongoing exchange of information with clients, families, and other providers.

• Support clients in crisis situations, using your expertise to implement immediate interventions and safety protocols, ensuring a secure environment for all.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions aimed at addressing client needs and enhancing emotional resilience.

• Engage in professional development activities, contributing to committees aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the agency’s service delivery.

• Manage on-call responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating availability and commitment to client care around the clock.
