Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges thoroughly, focusing on their strengths and existing support systems.

• Implement individualized therapy sessions that incorporate effective evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and execute tailored treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, ensuring you set clear goals and define specific interventions for each client.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and holistic support for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as required to address immediate concerns for clients in distress.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to further enhance clients’ therapeutic journeys and foster community support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
