Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct remote counseling sessions with clients via our secure telehealth platform, utilizing video conferencing and messaging tools.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client, informed by comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and billing-related tasks to ensure compliance with mental health regulations.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within our platform to discuss client cases, share insights, and receive input on treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will be responsible for providing therapy to adults, adolescents, and families encountering a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 based on experience and qualifications.

• Eligible for a healthcare stipend following the completion of specific employment milestones.
