Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s needs, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse groups, including individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide array of mental health concerns.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy to optimize client outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure a holistic and comprehensive approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure.
