Key Responsibilities\n

• Prepare and implement individualized therapy strategies based on comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs, preferences, and goals.

• Facilitate group, family, couples, and individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to formulate treatment plans that align with best practices and address the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Continually seek professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge of the latest research in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or community health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, along with a signing bonus for qualified candidates.
