Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental needs and create tailored intervention plans.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring alignment with the specific goals and priorities of each child and family.

• Monitor ongoing outcomes and progress, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to foster an effective support environment.

• Provide responsive and empathetic support to families, equipping them with knowledge, resources, and coping strategies to enhance their child’s development.

• Adhere to all Federal and State regulations concerning child welfare and social service delivery, ensuring compliance in practice.

• Develop rapport and trust with children, families, and team members to create a nurturing, inclusive space that encourages healthy development.

• Implement and recommend evidence-based strategies according to Natural Learning Environment Practices to meet children's individual treatment needs.

• Utilize a coaching model for natural environment teaching, fostering a collaborative, skill-building approach with families.

• Regularly update and document all progress, ensuring that all communications are clear, accurate, and contribute to a comprehensive understanding of each child's growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on children, particularly those under three years old with developmental delays or disabilities. Qualifications\n
