Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children enrolled in early intervention programs to gauge their developmental status.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), working collaboratively with families and team members.

• Monitor and document outcomes to track progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to best serve the child's needs.
\n
• Provide coaching and support to families, equipping them with skills and information to enhance their child's development.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and uphold Natural Learning Environment Practices to ensure effective and nurturing interactions.
\n
• Establish strong rapport with children and families to create a supportive and trusting therapeutic alliance.
\n
• Deliver services that are tailored to the unique developmental and emotional needs of each child, including using adaptive strategies to meet diverse learning styles.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, promoting a safe environment for all staff and clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on young children, including infants and toddlers, who may be experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Our services aim to address a variety of developmental domains – physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. By providing targeted early intervention, we support families in fostering their child's growth and development during critical early years, ultimately improving long-term outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) through the Department of Public Health.
