Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify the developmental needs of children enrolled in early intervention programs.
\n
• Play an active role in the creation, execution, and ongoing assessment of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring each plan to the specific needs of children and families.
\n
• Monitor the progress of clients, adapting strategies and interventions as necessary to align with their evolving requirements.
\n
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based support to families, empowering them with strategies and resources to foster their children's development.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to early intervention practices and services.
\n
• Develop strong relationships with clients, families, and other professionals to create a welcoming and supportive learning environment.
\n
• Utilize Natural Learning Environment Practices to ensure that strategies are contextually relevant to the child’s everyday life.
\n
• Deliver coaching to parents and caregivers, equipping them with the necessary tools to support their child’s growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, working closely with families to promote their well-being during crucial developmental windows. Through direct engagement, you will help in fostering skills such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication, which are foundational during the first three years of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• A valid LCSW license issued by the State Department of Public Health.
\n
• Proficient in navigating the requirements for service provision within state and federal regulations.
\n
• A current driver's license, accommodating travel to client locations as necessary.
\n
• Managed the learning needs of children and families by employing diverse and adaptive teaching methodologies.
\n
• Effective communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
