Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify the specific needs of children and their families.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that they are tailored to address the unique needs and goals of each child.
\n
• Monitor progress and outcomes as a vital member of a multi-disciplinary team, adjusting strategies and interventions as necessary to enhance client development.
\n
• Provide evidence-based support and resources to families, empowering them with knowledge and skills that benefit their child’s development.
\n
• Utilize the coaching model and Natural Learning Environment Practices to facilitate learning and growth within the child’s familiar settings.
\n
• Develop trusting relationships with children, families, and team members to create a welcoming and effective learning environment.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations to maintain the health and safety of our clients and staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers, particularly those with disabilities or developmental delays. You will provide critical early intervention services aimed at fostering their physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills during the crucial early years of life. By engaging with families and utilizing evidence-based practices, you will enable children to develop fundamental skills that set the foundation for their future.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is essential, with a valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A minimum of one year of experience in early intervention or working with children in a similar capacity is required.
