Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and couples therapy to a diverse client population, ensuring the therapeutic approach is tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation for all client interactions, ensuring notes and treatment plans are entered promptly into our electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Efficiently handle the scheduling of ongoing appointments and maintain an updated calendar, accommodating client preferences and therapeutic requirements.

• Utilize our billing service to manage claims, client invoicing, and insurance communications while addressing any eligibility or benefits inquiries.

• Stay proactive in your communication with both colleagues and community providers to enhance treatment coordination and strengthen therapeutic alliances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW with Empire City, you will work with a broad range of clients, including individuals and couples across all age groups. Our focus encompasses various clinical presentations, from anxiety and depression to relational conflicts. Your role is vital in guiding clients toward healthier relationships and improved mental health outcomes, especially within the school setting where early intervention can lead to significant life changes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology, with a valid LCSW license to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your hard work and contribution will be rewarded through a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, supplemented by a performance-based bonus structure. As a W2 employee, you will benefit from:
