Work Environment\n

This remote role allows flexibility while delivering services in collaboration with schools, families, and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will work from home and engage in virtual meetings, assessments, and collaboration efforts with families and educational staff. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify the social and emotional needs of children, developing tailored strategies to support their development.

• Collaborate with families to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring alignment with each child's developmental goals.

• Monitor and document progress towards benchmarks, providing regular updates to families and collaborating team members to ensure consistent support.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to Natural Learning Environment practices to promote a child-centered approach in interventions.
\n
• Employ coaching techniques to guide families in enhancing their child's development within natural settings.

• Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations while upholding the highest standards of care and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work primarily with young children aged 0-3 years who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. Your work will support families in navigating interventions that promote early social, emotional, cognitive, and communication skills. Your role is critical in helping families understand their child's needs and providing them with the resources necessary to foster development and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Currently licensed as an LCSW by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license is required for potential travel to designated locations for evaluations and team meetings.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $80,000.
