This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while still being integrally involved in the school system. You will collaborate with educators and parents to deliver appropriate mental health services to students in need. Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients, providing assessment, individual therapy, and therapeutic support for those experiencing symptoms of major mental illness or severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and arrange for comprehensive assessments when required, ensuring a thorough understanding of each student's needs.
\n
• Create and implement integrated care plans that promote access to necessary services, ensuring collaboration and communication among clients, their families, and other healthcare providers.
\n
• Deliver a variety of focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services, and assist with crisis intervention efforts as needed.
\n
• Maintain a manageable caseload, effectively monitoring client progress and ensuring timely completion of all required documentation and reports.
\n
• Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to enhance agency service delivery and client outcomes.
\n
• Provide on-call coverage as assigned, ensuring clients receive continuous support during and after program hours.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders. You will work collaboratively with educational staff to identify at-risk students, conduct necessary evaluations, and recommend interventions tailored to their unique situations.

Qualifications\n

• Current License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a clinical setting, preferably working with diverse populations.

• Strong advocacy skills and a passion for working with individuals from underserved communities.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to foster relationships built on trust and respect.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a school-based setting or working with children and adolescents.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Proficiency in developing and managing individualized treatment plans.

• Adeptness in navigating the complexities of educational and healthcare systems to facilitate comprehensive client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Life Assure Healthcare, PLLC offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience.
