Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct assistance to clients both remotely and in-person, ensuring they are engaged in beneficial activities and accessing the services they require.

• Conduct thorough assessments to gather pertinent information regarding clients’ social histories, current situations, and ongoing needs.

• Deliver crisis intervention services and support to clients experiencing immediate distress, promoting safety and quick resolution.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records, documenting client interactions, assessments, and referrals to ensure continuity of care.

• Collaborate with other agencies and services by making referrals that can assist clients in addressing their broader needs.

• Participate in regular training, supervision, and team meetings to enhance skills and share insights with other professionals.

• Stay vigilant for signs of child abuse and work in accordance with safeguarding protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals and families impacted by trauma, mental health disorders, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a clinician, ideally in a behavioral health setting.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Strong expertise in assessment, diagnosis, treatment, risk assessment, and crisis management.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and document casework.

• Excellent organizational and planning capabilities to manage a caseload effectively.
