Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess each patient’s psychosocial needs and capabilities, developing individualized treatment plans to enhance their functioning and support symptom resolution.

• Deliver individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy to patients, utilizing methodologies that align with the specific needs of the population.

• Collaborate closely with the psychiatry team and other essential staff members to design and implement robust treatment programs tailored to patient needs.

• Continuously evaluate the biopsychosocial requirements of patients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to address evolving challenges.

• Provide comprehensive case management services to assigned patients, coordinating care and maintaining input on program-wide patient strategies.

The patients you will serve are individuals undergoing detoxification, ranging from various backgrounds and demographics. This includes those recovering from substance use disorders, which often co-occur with mental health conditions. Understanding the complex nature of addiction and mental health is crucial in providing meaningful support and facilitating positive outcomes for these individuals.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• Possession of professional liability insurance, or a willingness to obtain it, is a must.

• A Medicare provider number is preferred but not required for this position.

• Experience working comfortably with senior citizens in senior living environments, ensuring a respectful and empathetic approach to care.

Jackson Therapy Partners offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 per year, with generous benefits beginning on your first day of employment.
