Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of students facing mental health challenges, ensuring a collaborative approach with educators and families.

• Offer live support and consultation to the practitioner team in identifying high-risk situations and de-escalating potential crises, ensuring that students receive appropriate care in real-time.

• Lead efforts to escalate situations that require emergency services, as well as fulfill mandatory reporting obligations when warranted, prioritizing student safety and compliance with regulations.

• Maintain continuous communication with Clinical Leads about newly identified safeguarding risks and actively contribute to risk mitigation strategies.

• Stay current with all safeguarding policies and procedures, integrating these protocols into daily practice while identifying challenges and proposing solutions to enhance implementation.

• Engage in outcomes-focused practices by regularly monitoring service delivery, collecting feedback from clients and stakeholders, and refining services based on insights gained.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with a diverse population of school-aged children and youth, providing interventions and support to those experiencing a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program is required.
