Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine developmental delays and formulate appropriate intervention plans.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring alignment with family goals and child development milestones.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes to measure the impact of services, adjusting strategies as necessary based on child progress and family feedback.
\n
• Provide direct support to families, offering guidance, resources, and skills to enhance their child's development within the natural learning environment.
\n
• Develop strong rapport with children and families, fostering trust and encouraging active participation in the intervention process.
\n
• Utilize the coaching model and natural environment teaching to implement strategies effectively.
\n
• Comply with all federal and state regulations, staying informed about best practices and legal standards in early childhood intervention.
\n
• Ensure the health and safety of both staff and clients by adhering to established protocols and guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on children aged 0-3 years who are experiencing developmental challenges. You will work closely with families from diverse backgrounds, many of whom may be facing socioeconomic barriers. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving developmental outcomes for these children, as well as supporting families in navigating the early intervention system.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Texas Department of Public Health.
\n
• Valid driver's license with a clean record and reliable transportation for home visits.
\n
• Ability to adapt approaches to suit individual learning styles and treatment plans.
\n
• Commitment to respecting the diverse experiences and cultural backgrounds of families.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of direct experience in early intervention services for children.

• Knowledge and practice of Natural Learning Environment Principles.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
