Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments, systematically gathering information about clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources to formulate effective care plans.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Employ therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, in order to foster resilience and promote healing.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clear goals and interventions, in collaboration with clients and healthcare team members.

• Work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic, coordinated client care.

• Facilitate crisis interventions and safety planning as necessary, addressing any immediate risks faced by clients.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress promptly and accurately, adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.

• Lead psychoeducation classes, support groups, and therapy sessions that foster community and collective healing among participants.
