Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Administering therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-supported techniques tailored to the client's specific situation.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulations to ensure effective tracking of client progress.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide comprehensive care and ensure service delivery aligns with the best interests of the patient.

• Participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance treatment approaches and professional development.

• Offering education and supportive resources to clients and their families, empowering them to actively engage with their mental health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a wide array of clients, including individuals facing stress, anxiety, depression, and more complex psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating your academic qualifications.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas, underscoring your commitment to ethical clinical practice.

• At least 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, focusing on psychotherapy services and interventions.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with a variety of therapeutic techniques and proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
