This role is structured as a remote position, allowing flexibility in your work schedule while remaining connected to a team of experienced mental health professionals. Our detox center is fully equipped with the latest telehealth technologies, enabling LCSWs to conduct sessions efficiently and effectively. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers to provide coordinated care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Radiant Solace, your responsibilities will encompass a range of activities designed to promote mental health and well-being among our clients:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand patients' mental health needs and creating individualized treatment plans that align with established best practices.

• Utilizing a spectrum of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a broad range of mental health issues.

• Maintaining precise and timely documentation of clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policy.
\n
• Collaborating closely with fellow treatment team members to ensure a unified approach to patient care, engaging in regular case consultations and peer reviews to reinforce care quality.

• Providing valuable education and support to both patients and their families regarding mental health issues and available treatment options.
\n
• Staying abreast of the latest developments in mental health research to inform your clinical practices and enhance treatment efficacy.

• Managing a full caseload of clients to ensure they receive timely therapy, while also adhering to ethical guidelines outlined by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

In this role, you will be working with a diverse patient population consisting of individuals who are experiencing various mental health challenges. This can include but is not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
