Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, aiding in their treatment journey.

• Work collaboratively with our treatment team to ensure integrated and effective healing paths, facilitating regular case reviews and coordination of care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans for clients experiencing significant distress.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes to promote peer support and educate clients on mental health topics.

Compensation and Benefits\n
