Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your impactful day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments with patients to understand their mental health needs fully and creating tailored treatment plans based on established best practices.

• Administering a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices that resonate with individual client needs.

• Maintaining timely and precise clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulations, thereby guaranteeing confidentiality and the highest standards of care.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and fellow therapists, to create a comprehensive and coordinated care strategy for all patients.
