Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships, while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss progress, stability, and treatment adjustments, ensuring timely discharge planning when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that cater to the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client to ensure continuity of care and compliance with organizational standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and ensure appropriate service delivery.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to foster professional growth and ensure high standards of counseling practice.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, providing comprehensive care through coordination with other healthcare providers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse client population that includes individuals and families from various backgrounds, each facing unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of a current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Comfort with technology is essential; candidates should be proficient in using computers, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is crucial for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. We operate on a fee-for-service model, providing guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections—eliminating the wait for reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
