Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Happy Couples Counseling, you will:

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Implement therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care strategies.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans, incorporating measurable goals and targeted interventions.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive coordinated and holistic care.

• Offer crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. You will be instrumental in addressing a range of issues, from relationship challenges and communication difficulties to mental health disorders. Your work will help clients not only to overcome their immediate issues but also to build resilience and acquire tools for lasting emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and hold an active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist. You should demonstrate a strong understanding of various therapeutic methodologies, along with proven experience in the mental health field.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of professional experience is required, candidates with specialized training or certifications in specific therapeutic techniques, such as EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) or Play Therapy, will be favored.
