This position is part of our dynamic telehealth structure, allowing clinicians to connect with clients from the comfort of their own homes while maintaining an office for in-person engagements. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of youth-focused clients, establishing and nurturing rapport while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, stability, and appropriateness for discharge when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

• Document client progress through up-to-date notes and assessments, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to establish initial therapeutic direction.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, embracing a client-focused approach that empowers clients to achieve personal growth.

• Engage in individual supervision and professional development, collaborating with supervisors and peers for ongoing learning and support.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to deliver holistic care solutions for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of our counseling services is on youth, including adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
