Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries while fostering positive therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, and plan for eventual discharge as needed.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans, updating them according to clients’ evolving needs.

• Document all client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Conduct intake assessments and individual therapy sessions weekly, tailoring each session to the unique needs of the client.

• Engage in regular supervision meetings to discuss client cases, professional development, and clinical guidance.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary health care teams, ensuring coordinated and comprehensive care for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on providing mental health services to youth and adolescents. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
