Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' psychological needs, goals, and treatment plans.

• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic strategies utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate individual, group, family, and couple therapy sessions, adapting techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.

• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and collaborate on comprehensive care strategies.

• Engage in continual professional development through workshops and training, staying informed on the latest research and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. Your role is essential in providing them with a supportive environment where they can candidly explore their challenges and develop coping strategies aimed at achieving mental wellness. Understanding the societal factors that influence each client’s experience will be paramount to your approach in therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of three years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal, ethical, and clinical considerations pertaining to counseling.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and caseload.
