Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop tailored therapeutic plans that meet the specific needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions individually, in groups, with families, and through telehealth methods to ensure optimal accessibility and effectiveness.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques to address diverse client needs.

• Engage in case consultations with multidisciplinary teams to create holistic treatment plans and ensure the best outcomes for clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in line with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on youth and families within the Fort Worth community and beyond. Many of our clients are seeking assistance for issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, and family conflict. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
