Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies for clients, assessing their unique needs through thorough examinations and evaluations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions effectively to diverse groups, couples, families, and individuals, adapting techniques based on client engagement.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, to ensure holistic client care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring all aspects of client wellness are addressed.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and client trust.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between $70,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside potential bonuses.
