Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide personalized therapeutic strategies for clients, tailoring treatment plans based on individual assessments and evaluations.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic sessions for groups, families, couples, and individuals, employing various methods to effectively engage clients.

• Utilize numerous therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address diverse client needs.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of clients' progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.

• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide integrated and holistic care to clients.

• Participate in community outreach and education initiatives to promote awareness about mental health services and resources available to under-served populations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client base, including individuals from various socioeconomic backgrounds who may experience mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
