Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary duties will encompass a wide variety of tasks critical to our patients' mental health journeys:

• Collaborate with the Medical Director and Administrative Team to coordinate optimal mental health treatment strategies within and outside the facility.

• Provide specialized training to the medical and psychiatric staff regarding mental health issues as required, ensuring a well-informed team environment.

• Actively intervene in mental health emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques to protect the well-being of our patients.

• Attend and provide insights during commitment hearings as needed, offering professional expertise regarding individual treatment needs.
\n
• Construct and implement personalized treatment plans and therapeutic goals tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
\n
• Meticulously document all patient interactions, upholding confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.
\n
• Review and validate patients' previous mental health histories, including any psychotropic medications previously prescribed.
\n
• Prepare regular reports on patient progress and participate in the documentation of treatment efficacy.

• Facilitate post-release referrals and ensure continuity of care by coordinating with nursing and mental health teams.

Qualifications\n
