The Remote Licensed Professional Counselor will operate from a home-based setting, collaborating closely with our medical staff and administration through digital communication channels. Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with the Medical Director and Medical Team Administrator to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients.

• Provide training to medical, psychiatric, and security staff on mental health issues, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.

• Proactively intervene during mental health emergencies, utilizing best practices to ensure patient safety and recovery.

• Assist in attending commitment hearings as required, ensuring all appropriate documentation is in place.

• Develop personalized treatment objectives for individual patients, setting measurable goals that promote progress.

• Document all patient interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate health records and confidentiality.

• Verify patient histories relating to mental health and psychotropic medication usage to inform treatment planning.

• Prepare routine and special reports as necessary, utilizing data to enhance service delivery.

• Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure appropriate follow-up care and referrals post-release from our services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by possible sign-on bonuses based on experience and qualifications.
