Key Responsibilities\n

• Assist mental health consumers in effectively navigating the complexities of physical and behavioral healthcare systems, ensuring they receive holistic integrated care.

• Educate patients about available resources and services, encouraging active participation in their health journey, including disease prevention and lifestyle wellness.

• Engage in multi-disciplinary treatment team meetings to coordinate care and share insights related to patient progress and intervention strategies.

You will primarily work with diverse patient populations, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
