This remote position provides a flexible work environment designed to promote work-life balance. While the primary hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, the nature of the role may require occasional evening or weekend availability to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will be responsible for the following:

• Managing a personal caseload of clients while establishing rapport and fostering positive relationships through professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular client meetings to assess progress, review treatment plans, and plan for discharge as needed.

• Creating, implementing, and monitoring individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of your clients.

• Maintaining comprehensive documentation and progress notes in adherence to clinical standards for each client.

• Conducting detailed intake assessments that inform treatment approaches.

• Facilitating individual counseling sessions and utilizing evidence-based practices to support client growth.

• Participating in ongoing individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and address challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse client population, including adults, children, and families seeking mental health services. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.

• Current, unrestricted LPCC licensure with independent practice capabilities.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in using computer applications, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software for clinical documentation and communication.

• Comfort with performing intake assessments and delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
