This role operates primarily in a remote setting, allowing you to manage your schedule while offering great flexibility. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Implement various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy, to effectively engage clients.
\n
• Lead therapeutic sessions for individuals, families, and groups, creating a safe and supportive environment for personal exploration and healing.
\n
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation of client progress and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams encompassing social workers, doctors, and other professionals to provide holistic care for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your skills and keep up with the latest trends and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population includes a diverse range of individuals—youth and families dealing with issues spanning from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance misuse. Counselors are expected to demonstrate cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the varying dynamics typically present in family and community contexts in the Garland area.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
\n
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
\n
• At least two years of direct counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating competency in various therapeutic techniques.
\n
• A strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in the mental health profession.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization or certification in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use therapy is highly desirable.

• Experience in telehealth counseling and the ability to adapt techniques for virtual sessions are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000–$110,000 per year, along with the potential for bonuses based on performance metrics. In addition, we provide the following benefits:
