This role is fully remote, employing telehealth technology to reach clients effectively and efficiently. We utilize a hybrid approach, allowing counselors to engage with clients via video consultations while maintaining the option for occasional in-person interactions if preferred. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies for clients through assessments, evaluations, and ongoing treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, utilizing a range of techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, participating in treatment planning and case reviews.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions, thereby staying current with the latest mental health research and effective practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including youth, families, couples, and individuals. Our focus is on providing care to clients facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Specializations in areas like family therapy or trauma-informed care are highly valued, as we aim to offer impactful support tailored to the specific needs of our patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within the counseling field.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to establish rapport across a wide range of clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse recovery, or trauma therapy is strongly preferred.

• Experience utilizing telehealth technologies in clinical practice.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and their application in maintaining secure and organized clinical documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary, ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, along with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
