Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic techniques suitable for groups, couples, and individuals, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver both in-person and virtual therapy sessions while maintaining excellent client engagement and rapport.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, facilitating seamless communication and client care.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers from various disciplines to ensure a holistic approach to each client's treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, complemented by a generous benefits package.
