Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapeutic strategies tailored for each client's unique needs, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and create detailed treatment plans that consider multi-faceted aspects of client health and well-being.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, implementing a spectrum of treatments to enhance psychological resilience.

• Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professional integrity.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and best practices.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to provide holistic care tailored to each client's needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve a diverse array of clients ranging from adolescents to adults facing various psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• At least two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical environment is essential.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with a diverse array of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
