Work Environment\n

This position is predominantly remote, with the flexibility to utilize teletherapy tools and in-person sessions for clients who prefer face-to-face interactions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies and conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing a range of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans for clients, ensuring holistic support across various health disciplines.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation compliant with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of patient records.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, webinars, and staying updated on current mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, each facing unique mental health challenges including trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted licensed qualification as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 per year, complemented by a bonus structure. In addition, we provide a SIGN-ON BONUS to welcome our new team members.
