Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide therapeutic interventions and individual, group, and family counseling utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care and ensure the best outcomes for clients.

• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development opportunities to stay informed on the latest mental health research and treatment methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
