Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for a diverse clientele to develop tailored therapeutic strategies.

• Provide evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, to individuals, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical records while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive, holistic care plans for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with the latest research in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, complemented by a significant sign-on bonus.
