Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to establish an individualized therapy plan for clients, ensuring their unique needs are met.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic methods, tailored to different client groups.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore and address their concerns.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, psychologists, and healthcare providers, to offer holistic support to clients, ensuring they receive comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n
