Work Environment\n

The position is fully remote, allowing for adaptability and convenience in managing work-life balance. You will be part of a dynamic outpatient office that promotes collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Work schedules can accommodate your personal needs, with full-time hours structured as Monday through Friday during an 8-hour day, and part-time schedules available from Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide tailored therapy strategies to clients, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to inform treatment planning.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, groups, families, and couples utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in professional development and training opportunities, staying abreast of the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Presidio County Trauma & Recovery Services, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing trauma, family disruptions, and various mental health challenges. Your role will involve developing meaningful therapeutic relationships and applying tailored interventions to support clients’ unique needs and personal journeys toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical context, is required.

• Knowledge of legal and ethical guidelines governing practice in the state.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
